By accessing or using Dress Code “the Company”, which offers fashion recommendations, you (“the User”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Services Provided

Dress Code provides services related to managing fashion requests for creators. The time spent on curating looks is the time required by our team to research, design, and prepare tailored fashion advice. In the form at check-out you will provide details of your request including the event type, and budget. The creator will know your age and location. The recommendations provided will be from the point of view of what the creator would wear to this event (i.e., what they would recommend based on their aesthetic). These recommendations are curated within a 7-day window from the time of request.

Service Fees

By using the service, you agree to pay any applicable fees for receiving fashion recommendations. Details of pricing and payment terms will be provided at the time of booking. Creators set their own fees and are subject to change. Payments are non-refundable once the recommendations have been delivered. Payment covers time spent to curate the looks and does not include any of the proposed clothing items. There is no guarantee that you will be satisfied with the items the creator recommends. You selected this person as a trusted source for your fashion needs. We provide more than one option (3 single pieces or 2 fully styled looks) in an effort to give you maximum flexibility.

Time Window for Curation

The fashion recommendations are curated within a 5 business day period from the time you submit your request and provide necessary information in the form. After this period, the curated looks will be sent to you. No further modifications will be possible.

User Responsibility

Users must provide clear requests in the form at check-out. Failure to do so may result in the creator not accepting your request.

Right to Decline Service Requests
We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion. This may occur, but is not limited to, situations where:

• The service request form is incomplete or lacks sufficient detail to proceed with the order.

• The assigned creator or service provider is unavailable or unable to fulfill the request.

• The order violates our content guidelines or terms of service.

In the event that your order is declined for any reason, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear on your account.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by the Dress Code, including fashion recommendations, designs, and related materials, are the intellectual property of the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without express permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for any issues that may arise due to items that are out of stock, dissatisfaction with the fashion recommendations, or any other related issues. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. Creators will make recommendations based on items that are currently available.

Cancellations and Refunds

Users may cancel their service request within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be refunded. No refunds are provided once recommendations have been delivered.

Privacy Information

We value your privacy. The information collected is used solely for the purpose of delivering fashion recommendations.
